Members that have provided the "safe-exchange" documents below to our club administration will get a "safe-exchange tick" on their profile.
Members searching our database can be assured that those profiles with a "safe exchange tick" have provided suitable documentation to prove that the residence they advertise on our site is in fact their own and is available for exchange. This safety measure is the only one of its kind on the internet.
Security in home exchange is very important to our company. We take security issues very seriously and therefore ask that the documents specified below are supplied to our club before your profile is given the "safe-exchange" seal of approval.
Availabilty of documents varies from country to country. In order to pass our "safe-exchange" guidelines you must reach a minimum of 100 points. This means you do NOT have to provide all documents below.. just enough to reach 100 points. Please note you only need to send documents relating to one person from your exchange party.
We also require ALL members to send a copy of a public utility notice that has been sent to the address you have listed in your profile. Examples of a utlity notice are bills with regards to Water, Sewerage, Electricty, Gas, Telephone or Internet.
